TERMS OF DELIVERY
Goods will be delivered on all working days to the delivery address mentioned in the order. Your items will be sent within 1-2 working days after receipt of your order. Certain items may require special delivery terms and be specified prior to your purchase.

Shipment by UPS

PRIVATE PACKAGES WITH DISTRIBUTION
Signature is required by receipt of the package. It does not necessarily have to be you who signs for the package but can be any person at the delivery address (i.e. a family member, a friend, a receptionist etc.) who signs for the receipt with binding effect for you. In case nobody is home at the delivery address when the package arrives, the driver will leave a notification that the package can be picked up the day after at the nearest UPS Access Point. The package will typically be kept for maximum 2 weeks before it is returned to us as a “non-delivered” shipment. Remember, you can always follow the package on the Track 'n' Trace e-mail you have received.

PRIVATE PACKAGES DELIVERED TO UPS ACCESS POINT
If you have chosen a pick-up point (UPS Access Point), the delivery will be made to the chosen store. UPS Denmark will notify you by SMS or e-mail when the package is on its way and ready for pick-up. The package is handed over upon presentation of valid ID.   The package will typically be kept for maximum 2 weeks before it is returned to us as a “non-delivered” shipment. Remember, you can always follow the package on the Track 'n' Trace e-mail you have received.

FOLLOW YOUR ORDER AND THE HISTORY
On the order confirmation, i.e. the mail in which Seeland International confirms receipt of your purchase, you will find a link with the Track 'n' Trace number. Here you can track the package on UPS’ website and see its current location. For further information please refer to the section “Delivery” above.

UPS My Choice®
When you sign up for UPS My Choice, we alert you to incoming shipments and give you the flexibility to reschedule, redirect or have your packages delivered to a UPS Access Point® location when you are unavailable to receive your packages.   With your UPS My Choice Membership, you can set your preferences – like SMS text, voice or email alerts – and determine your priorities when it comes to managing your UPS home deliveries. To help make sure that your packages are delivered on your schedule, UPS My Choice members have several options from which to choose:
