Seeland.com is open 24 hours a day. However, we may close the shop briefly for maintenance and you can only make purchases when the store is open and available. To purchase at Seeland.com you must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid credit card that we accept. If you are not yet 18 years old, you may still purchase items if you have obtained your guardian's consent and / or otherwise have a legal right to enter into a purchase. You select the items you want to buy and put them in the "shopping basket". You can edit the contents of the shopping basket right up to the time of order and you can continuously check the contents and price of the goods. Any extra payments such as shipping will be calculated immediately before you are ready to pay. When you are ready to order, click on "Checkout", where you enter your name, address, email, telephone number, payment method and choose delivery method. You can change the contents of the shopping cart right up until you confirm your purchase by clicking on the button "Go to payment". After this, your order passes to Seeland.com and can no longer be changed. When you order an item from us, you will receive a receipt, as an acknowledgement of order, by email to show your order has been received. However, you enter into a binding sales contract only when you have received an order confirmation / sales receipt from us. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
All prices are quoted in Euro incl. VAT. On top of the price, the price of freight might be added. You choose the delivery method at the end of the order process. We receive payment with Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, IDEAL and Przelewy24. We do not charge for payment by credit cards. For purchases with credit cards, the amount will be deducted from your account as soon as the goods depart from Seeland.com. The account information you enter when purchasing items is sent directly to our payment provider Altapay in encrypted form (SSL) It is only you and Altapay who can read the data. Thus, no one else sees or stores you payment info. Your personal information is processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act (Personal Data Act) and is not disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes. We always ship your order 1-3 days after your purchase. Your order is delivered with UPS. CANCELLATION OF ORDER
The right of cancellation applies only to private consumers who shop through seeland.com. Business owners have no right of withdrawal. You are entitled to cancel an agreement without justification within 14 days. If you have purchased more items in an order, you can choose to undo the purchase of some or all of the goods. Check for refund of delivery costs in case of withdrawal below. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, constitution, Christmas eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline for the following day is extended. HOW TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE RIGHT WITHDRAWAL
You regret your purchase by notifying us that you regret. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the date on which you or another person you have chosen (but not the carrier) receives the last item in physical possession. If you have ordered multiple items in an order and we cannot deliver the goods at the same time, the cancellation deadline from you or another person you have chosen (but not the carrier) will be the last item in physical possession. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, constitution, Christmas eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline for the following day is extended. RETURN
You must send your order back to us without undue delay and within 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must, hold the direct costs incurred in returning the item. Upon return you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery. Remember to receive a receipt for delivery of the package. Note! We do not receive packages sent COD or similar. FOLLOW THESE STEPS IF YOU WANT TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S):
Step 1: Fill out the return form and pack your items securely. Cover up or remove the original shipping label and old bar code on the package. NOTE: When returning shoes, the shoe box may not be used as a shipping box alone. Step 2: Enclose the return form with the item(s) you wish to return. Step 3: Attach the freight label provided by the service selected and paid by you. Step 4: Send your package from the selected point of dispatch. When we receive the items, we will check them, and you will be refunded the amount you paid to us upon purchase. The amount is always transferred to the same payment method used for the purchase. If for example you paid by card, the purchase amount is reversed to the payment card you used for the purchase. In any case, you will not be charged any fees due to the refund. We will refund the amount without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the date we have received the goods returned, or until you have submitted proof that the goods have been returned. TESTING OF THE GOODS AND PACKAGING
You are liable only for any deterioration of the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and manner of the item. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you should not take it for real use. If the product is tested in addition to what is described above, we consider the one used, which means that, in the case of withdrawal of the purchase, only a portion or none of the purchase amount will be returned, depending on the merchant's commercial value. You must return the item to the original packaging. You should also ensure that the item is properly wrapped when you return it. You carry the risk of the package(s) until we receive it. Therefore, save mail and if possible also track and trace number. COMPLAINT - IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THE ITEM
Your purchase is covered by the Sale of Goods Act, including rules regarding defects. This means that you can either have a faulty product repaired or replaced, receive a refund or reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. Of course, it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not caused by incorrect use of the product or other incorrect conduct. In case of damage, the product must NEVER be used before we have made a decision on how to resolve the complaint. You can advertise missing items within 24 months from the invoice date by contacting Seeland.com via our contact form at www.seeland.com or at the email address: aftersale@seeland.com. We always ask you to provide your order number from your receipt and then, as detailed as possible, what the problem is which makes it easier for us to find the error and minimizes the delivery time for your complaint. So that we can assess your claim, we will ask you the following: 1. Send us a brief description of how the damage or defect occurred. Please note that you should contact us as soon as you discover the defect. 2. To document the defect you must send a couple of photos together with the description. The defect must be clear from at least one of the photos. Additionally, make sure that your photos show the entire product, from the front and back (with shoes include a photo of the soles). 3. Send the photos via email to aftersale@seeland.com 4. Please indicate the order number for the item, or attach a copy of the order confirmation / receipt 5. After we receive your photos, we will deal with your claim as soon as possible. The right of claim lapses if it is demonstrably proven that you are guilty of the defect / error. For example, if you have used the product incorrectly, or it may be proven that unauthorized repair has been made. If the complaint is justified and it is necessary to return the item, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs. Note! We do not receive packages sent per. demand or the like. We regularly offer discount codes as part of our marketing. These codes are only valid for limited periods and may be subject to special conditions. The codes can be limited for use with specific products, categories or brands. When you use a discount code you need to buy the specified minimum amount. If you buy less than the specified minimum amount, the difference will not be refunded. Any discount code you wish to use must be entered during the buying process, before you pay for the order. You cannot get credit if you forget to enter a discount code before the order is placed. Only one discount code can be used per order. Discount codes are transferable and can be used by the bearer. Discount codes have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, vouchers or similar. In case of fraud, attempted fraud or in cases of suspected illegal activity in connection with the redemption of vouchers, we are entitled to cancel the discount code, to cancel the order for which the discount code was used and block your ability to use Seeland.com permanently.
